The upcoming installment of the Harvest Moon series features wild wolves and tigers that can steal your items

Natsume has unveiled the latest installment in the Harvest Moon franchise, titled Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea. This new game is set to launch on several platforms, including Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam. Unfortunately, a specific release date has yet to be revealed.

According to Natsume’s official description, Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea immerses players in the mysterious Forest of Echoes, where dangers lurk around every corner. As residents of Bloomfield Village, players will encounter wild wolves at night, alongside rumors of a powerful guardian wolf leading them. Players, alongside a close companion, will embark on a mission to tame these wolves and discover a much larger adventure than they ever anticipated.

The game promises exciting new features, including ten romantic interests—five bachelors and five bachelorettes. Players will gain new exploration abilities, such as scaling ladders and climbing vines, and will also encounter animals in the wild, from untamed tigers to wolves that may steal your items. Furthermore, expect to explore remote islands in search of treasures, and assist villagers to earn a special item called Happilia.

Hiro Maekawa, president of Natsume, expressed enthusiasm about showcasing additional features of Harvest Moon: Echoes of Teradea in the months ahead. He mentioned that exciting pre-order bonuses and special editions are being planned for both longtime fans and newcomers, with more details to come regarding the enigmatic Guardian Spirits of Teradea and other gameplay mechanics.
