Shortly after the premiere, the developers from CDPR confirmed this guess of the fans and said that they had hired a new voice actress for the role of the older Ciri.

It was Sierra Berkeley, “a talented actress who impressed us (CDPR – ed.) with her enthusiasm and vocal acting skills.”

The reason for the change is currently unknown, but Sierra has already received praise from gamers for her brilliant performance in the trailer.
