The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has given the green light for the acquisition of Parus Holding LLC by Ola Fine, a company owned by businessman Maksym Krippa. The approval for this transaction, involving the prominent real estate asset currently held by Vadym Stolar, was confirmed in a report issued by the AMCU on November 30.
The sale of Parus Holding, a substantial player in the Kyiv real estate market, involves Ola Fine LLC gaining control.
This company is under the stewardship of Maksym Krippa through the ARS Capital fund. Previously, businessman Vadym Stolar, through the Genesis fund, controlled 80% of Parus Holding, with the remaining 20% held by his former wife, Inna Maistruk, through Stream Investment fund. The Parus Business Center, a part of Parus Holding, is a 33-floor Class A office complex spanning 70,000 square meters in central Kyiv and includes Advanced Technologies Plus LLC, which manages the combined shopping and office space.
