Sony Interactive Entertainment confirmed its plans for 2024 by announcing the release of the highly anticipated shooter titled Concord, developed by Firewalk Studios. The Chairman of SIE’s Board of Directors, Hiroki Totoki, stated that the game will be available for both PlayStation 5 and PC, catering to gamers on both platforms.

This is just one of several projects Sony is working on, as the company plans to expand game production from PlayStation Studios. “We aim to increase software sales from our in-house studios, which have been actively growing in recent years,” Totoki noted. He also emphasized the intention to expand Sony’s presence on PC while simultaneously strengthening the game library from its own studios.

Uncertain information also points to the possible release of a new Astro Bot game, as well as other projects from Sony this year. With these ambitious plans in place, gaming enthusiasts can expect new exciting adventures on PlayStation consoles and PC in the near future.
