The Ukrainian Esports Federation (UESF) has officially announced a change in its leadership: Maksym Krippa, renowned entrepreneur and investor and owner of leading esports club NAVI and the broadcasting studio Maincast, has been appointed as the organization’s new president. His leadership marks the beginning of a transformative era aimed at reshaping the national esports landscape through strategic reforms and modernization.

Focus on Global Growth and Investment

In a comment to Forbes Ukraine, Krippa emphasized that one of his key priorities will be to modernize the operational structure of UESF. The strategic plan includes adopting a more efficient management model, launching international partnerships, and creating a favorable environment for investment in domestic projects. The new vision includes:

  • establishing a stable investment climate for local esports initiatives;
  • improving the preparation of Ukrainian teams for international competition;
  • building educational platforms and infrastructure to support young talents;
  • promoting the official recognition of esports as a sport in Ukraine.

A Team of Industry Experts

The new UESF leadership team features experienced professionals with deep roots in the esports industry:

  • Vitalii Volochai, co-founder of Maincast and a leading media expert;
  • Yevhen Zolotarov, CEO of NAVI with a strong background in sports management;
  • Andrii Horodenskyi, head coach of NAVI, responsible for talent development;
  • Oleksii Kuchurov, COO of NAVI and strategic planner;
  • Mykhailo Zverev is a popular esports commentator and analyst.

Andrii Hrytsenko has been appointed Executive Director of UESF. He has extensive tournament organization experience and has previously collaborated with top-tier esports institutions, including NAVI.
