Under the agreement, ADIO will provide $40 million in funding over four years, contingent on meeting specific milestones, including qualitative and quantitative KPIs and revenue targets, reported by ESI.

Ninjas in Pyjamas Establish HQ in Abu Dhabi

As part of the partnership, NIP Group’s flagship brand Ninjas in Pyjamas will set up its global headquarters in Abu Dhabi, aiming to strengthen its presence both regionally and internationally. The expansion includes ventures in esports, creative studios, event production, game publishing, and talent management. Additionally, NIP Group will advise ADIO on strategies to develop the gaming and esports ecosystem in the UAE.
