In fact, there are less than three weeks left until the release of Shadow of the Erdtree. The expansion pack for FromSoftware’s award-winning role-playing game Elden Ring has become one of the most important releases of this summer. The DLC will be released on 21 June, and although there’s not much time to wait, we want to know about its content as soon as possible.

Several previous previews hinted at new gameplay and storyline development, but this issue is still shrouded in mystery. In general, everyone who has seen the previews says that players will find a worthy sequel. Emma Kent from Eurogamer noted that the June DLC will add more depth to this masterpiece. As for the mechanics, there will be new items and additions to the leveling system in the form of the Blessing of Scadutri. Some say that even veterans of the game will find it a challenge after the release of the expansion.

The DLC will last from 30 to 40 hours. Players will face at least a dozen main bosses and many lower-ranked monsters (side bosses). Also, Shadow of the Erdtree will feature about 100 types of new weapons. As in the previous add-ons, the enemies will be even more dangerous and surprisingly agile.
