The Skyline Valley expansion for Fallout 76 will be released on 12 June this year. In fact, this will be the first expansion to expand the game’s map. A new region of Shenandoah will open up in the south.

This expansion will connect the Ash Heap and Cranberry Bog regions, adding a lot of new content to the game. Players will be able to explore 28 new locations, each with their own unique challenges and stories. The most noteworthy locations include the abandoned convoy, the Shenandoah River, and the Mary Rock Tunnel.

New enemy types will also be introduced, such as lost, thrashers and vanamingos. Dynamic weather effects, such as tornadoes, will appear, adding a new danger to the environment. In addition, the expansion introduces new quests featuring key characters such as Hugo Stoltz, who is central to the new storyline.

Bethesda also announced that players will be able to investigate the causes of the electrical storm and learn the secrets of Vault 63. Players will also be able to explore a new type of gul – the Lost One.

Players can preview the new content through the Public Test Server, which includes a public event called Dangerous Pastimes.
