Riot presents the 168th League of Legends champion, Aurora. It took the developers almost six years to create her.

Aurora is a Vastayan sorceress from the Freeland region, the village of Aamu. She can unite the material and spiritual worlds and communicate with spirits. In the gameplay, Aurora is a mid- or upper-level magician.

The character’s passive skill is Renunciation of the Spirit. Attacks and spells expel spirits from her enemies and follow her, healing her and granting a bonus to movement speed. Twofold Hex ability – fires a projectile that curses targets. However, this ability should not be used twice, as the projectile will return to Aurora and hit everyone in its path.

The Across the Veil (W) ability allows the character to jump in a certain direction and become invisible for a short time. Eccentricity (E) allows Aurora to explode with a wide layer of spiritual magic, causing damage to enemies.

Aurora’s best skill is Between Worlds (R). Allows her to jump in any direction, dealing damage and slowing down enemies with a shockwave.

Aurora will be available in Patch 14.14, which will be released on 17 July.
